Narendra Prasad - 

After completing his post graduation in Computer Science ,Narendra joined aleading NGO. He worked there for three years where he mentored and monitored teachers to implement CCE in government middle schools He now is with Ugam mentoring and monitoring teachers and analyzing new growth ideas and locations. He loves reading novels, watching cricket, listening soft music and watch movies.

 

Prakash Yadav - 

Prakash has a BCA and a degree in rural development. He is from Hazaribag and 

has tutored students earlier. He was a surveyor with IRIG for some time.

He now works to support teachers and center logistics at Ugam.

 

Animesh Priya - Consultant

Animesh was born in Ranchi, Jharkhand. After completing his engineering from Manipal and working in software for 3 years , he joined the Teach For India Fellowship in Mumbai. After two years  with his class of 65 children in Govandi,he stayed on with Teach For India for another year  as City Director,Chennai.He then took a year off and he travelled solo for 10,989 kilometers (from Kanyakumari to Ladakh!)  on his motorcycle. He has returned to Ranchi and hopes that all children in Jharkhand will get an excellent education in the coming decades.
